The 5-foot-6 guard, Jordin Canada was drafted as the fifth overall pick by the Seattle Storm in the 2018 WNBA Draft. She won the WNBA Championship in her rookie season but she averaged only 16.5 minutes per game in her regular season, coming off the bench. However, Canada improved significantly in her second WNBA season, ranking third in the Most Improved Player award race and earning a spot on the All-Defensive First Team. She increased her scoring average from 5.7 points as a rookie in 2018 to 9.8 points in her second season. In 2023 with the Los Angeles Sparks, Jordin Canada had another similar improvement and almost the same season as 2019. In 2022, Canada joined the Los Angeles Sparks and played there for two years before being traded to the Atlanta Dream in 2024. In the 2024 season, Canada struggled from injury in the first half of the season and sat out most of the games. In the second half of the season, Canada averaged 12.1 points, 7.3 assists and 1.9 steals per game.
