Darius Alexander is an American football defensive tackle for the New York Giants. The Giants selected him 65th overall in the third round of the 2025 NFL draft. Prior to that, he played for the Toledo Rockets. The Fort Wayne, Indiana, native attended Wayne High School before joining the University of Toledo in 2019, where he played until the end of the 2024 season. His five-year collegiate tenure saw him appear in 58 games, recording 127 tackles (solo 45), 23 tackles for loss, and 9 sacks. Alexander was named in the third-team All-Mid-American Conference (MAC) for the 2023 season and received a second-team ALL-MAC selection in 2024.
