Born on May 25, 2000, in Pembroke Pines, Florida, Colin Castleton is an American professional basketball player who plays for the Toronto Raptors as of May 2025. After going undrafted in the 2023 NBA Draft, Castleton signed a two-way contract with the Lakers. He attended Father Lopez Catholic in Daytona, Florida. In his senior season, he averaged 24.5 points, 11.7 rebounds, and 5.6 blocks per game. He earned a finalist spot for Florida's Mr. Basketball Award and the Class 7A Player of the Year.

As a four-star recruit out of high school, Castleton committed to playing college ball at the University of Michigan. After two seasons with the Wolverines, he decided to join the NCAA transfer portal and joined the University of Florida. Due to the pandemic, he played three seasons at Florida. In his final season with the Gators, Castleton averaged 16.0 points, 7.7 rebounds and three blocks per game. He blocked 78 shots, and it was ranked as the third-highest single-season total in UF history. He was named to the first-team All-SEC and SEC All-Defensive Team.
