Warframe Baro Ki'teer inventory (September 9 - 11): Wares and recommendations

Official Baro Ki

Warframe sets an industry-wide example when it comes to building a fair free-to-play live service game model. Save for a handful of founder-exclusives, all items can be obtained by a f2p player. The tradeoff for this availability is the fact that not all the items are readily available. The biggest example of this is Primed Mods. Unlike Prime Warframe and Weapon components, the Primed Mods can only be obtained from Baro Ki'Teer, the Void Trader.

Admittedly, you can always acquire these items from other players via trade chat. For those who want to play solo or prefer acquiring items from their direct drop sources, almost all of Baro Ki'Teer's merchandise is uniquely accessible only from his inventory.

Where to find Baro Ki'Teer in Warframe?

For this week, Baro Ki'teer can be found in Orcus Relay (Pluto). He will be stationed in the central hub room of this Relay until Sunday (September 11, 2025).

How to buy items from Baro Ki'Teer in Warframe?

All items on Baro Ki'Teer can be bought for a combination of Credits and Ducats. Credits can be farmed from many sources in the game, as it is the most common form of currency.

Ducats, on the other hand, can only be obtained from the Void Trader's Ducat Kiosks located in any Relay. Unlike Baro Ki'Teer's stock, the Ducats can be acquired any time of the week, as the kiosks are always operational.

Ducats can be purchased in exchange for Primed Parts for weapons and frames, obtained by cracking Void Relics from the four eras. The Ducat price for a Primed part is determined only by its rarity in the Relic.

Warframe Baro Ki'teer recommendations: What should you get this week?

For this week's Baro-exclusive non-cosmetic items, the order of priority for an average player should be:

  • Sands of Inaros blueprint if you haven't done the quest (an excellent source of Kavat Genetic Codes)
  • Primed Flow
  • Primed Charged Shell
  • Primed Cleanse Corpus
  • Primed Steady Hands

This week's Baro offering in Warframe isn't really that hype, as none of these Primed mods are that game-changing.

Primed Flow is kind of useful even in the age of Archon Shards. If you're a newer player, this is the best purchase eyes-closed. If you're a veteran who somehow spent all these years without this big Energy boost, consider picking it up even in 2025. Specifically, you can use it in conjunction with Violet Archon Shards' Melee Crit Damage bonus, which gets doubled if Energy is over 500.

Primed Charged Shell is a +165% Electricity damage on Shotguns. In general, this can be used for getting a high weightage on Corrosive or Magnetic, both of which are very useful status effects right now (if you're wonderingm Magnetic is good for a raw-damage approach against Overguard units, e.g. Thraxes in Zariman).

Another niche use case is on the Sobek with a Cyte-09 mobbing setup to get even higher +Electric than Resupply would give you - but this can be done much easier with Violet Archon Shards, leaving your mod slots for other useful things.

Primed Cleanse The Corpus is a faction damage multiplier mod for Shotguns against the Corpus. For newer players who are unaware, here's a breakdown of how the damage calculation double-dips into faction damage multiplier.

Ad

The gist is that it's only useful if you're already highly invested in other sources of damage, such as base damage, multishot, crits/status (and in some cases, fire rate). In practice, anit-Corpus faction damage mods are greatly useful for running the Axi farm Disruption (Apollo, Lua), which has Corpus Demolisher units where the extra faction damage would really come in handy. Plus, Void Cascade is Corpus enemies the vast majority of times.

Primed Steady Hands is... one of the mods of all time. In al seriousness, this is potentially a good mod if you enjoy high-recoil sidearms like Lex Prime (which has a big kick on the Incarnon Mode if you're running a +Recoil Riven). But otherwise, this is a Primed skip.

There's also a Void Relic available for Ducats this week:

  • Axi A5 Relic drops: Common - Forma, Vasto Prime Barrel, Vasto Prime Receiver; Uncommon - Akvasto Prime Link, Vasto Prime Blueprint; Rare - Akvasto Prime Blueprint

These days, old Primed Warframes are cheap on the player market, and you have the Varzia store, so the baro relics are not as worthwhile as it used to be. Tihs one offers a whole bunch of the Akvasto Prime requirements, so consider picking up a few if you have a lot of surplus Ducat and a very small amount of MR to grind.

Which Baro weapon is worth taking from this week's Baro rotation in Warframe?

Out of the lot, Vastilok is the best Baro weapon for general utility. Here's a breakdown of the options:

  • Ignis Wraith can be picked up for free from many Dojos, so don't buy it here. Overall, it's a very good beginner weapon that can take you up to Steel Path
  • Halikar Wraith is a very underwhelming Glaive, and the forced disarm schtick does not have many practical uses.
  • Vastilok has one big use case: base armor reduction with Shattering Impact. It can be used to remove armor permanently on enemies that would be otherwise immune to armor strip. With Plague Star coming up, this is a very timely pickup.
