Path of Exile Secrets of the Atlas Twitch Drops: How to get free Finisher and Charge Effect cosmetics

To celebrate the launch of the Path of Exile Secrets of the Atlas expansion, Grinding Gear Games is doing another Twitch Drops campaign. This time, you can grab cosmetics like a free Finisher and a Charge Effect by watching streamers with Drops enabled after patch 3.26 goes live.

Each cosmetic reward will be available to claim for an entire week, and this article will guide you on how to acquire them.

A new League always attracts a large number of players. This means many players will probably have to wait in a queue, which is the best time to grab the first Twitch Drops cosmetic, the Syndicate’s Demise Finisher Effect, which will activate after defeating a unique monster.

Drops from the second week will grant you the Rose Charge Effect. This effect will spawn glowing roses around your character based on different types of charges. Endurance Charge will be a red rose, Frenzy Charge will be white, and Power Charge will be displayed as a golden rose.

The starting time for the first week of Twitch Drops is June 13, while the second week rewards will go live on June 21, 2025. These rewards will be available to claim after watching PoE streamers for three hours throughout each week the Drops are active.

Note: Watch time is accumulated and does not need to be completed in a single go.

How to link your Path of Exile and Twitch account

To claim the free rewards, you will need to link your PoE account with Twitch. This shouldn’t be a problem if you have previously claimed Twitch Drops for the game. If this is your first time, here’s how to do it:

1. Log in to your Twitch account and head to the account settings.
2. Navigate to the “Connections” section and look for Path of Exile under other connections.
3. Click “Connect” and provide the necessary permissions.
4. Once completed, you’ll be redirected back to the same page, and you’re done.

Apart from the free cosmetics, there is one more cosmetic reward coming with patch 3.26. You can also acquire the Originator's Portal Effect after gifting two subscriptions of any tier to a PoE streamer.
