RAW Results: McIntyre gains WrestleMania advantage; Asuka confronted by former NXT Superstar

Bobby Lashley and the Hurt Business kicked off the RAW after Fastlane and the WWE Champ was set to face Sheamus in the first match of the night.

Sheamus vs. Bobby Lashley on RAW

Lashley had the advantage early on and Sheamus took quite the beating. The Celtic Warrior came back with a big boot and was sent over the ropes. Shelton Benjamin joined in and wiped out Sheamus at ringside with a clothesline while Cedric distracted the ref.

After a break on RAW, Sheamus sent Lashley outside for a big dive and a top rope clothesline in the ring for a near fall. The WWE Champion dodged the Brogue kick and locked in the Hurt Lock in the center of the ring thanks to a distraction from Alexander for the easy win.

Result: Bobby Lashley def. Sheamus

The Hurt Business attacked Sheamus at ringside after the match and Drew McIntyre came out to make the save. He and Lashley had a staredown in the ring while MVP tried to calm the champ down.

Match rating: B

Backstage, Lashley was mad at Cedric and Benjamin for making him look weak and MVP told them to make it right.

Asuka vs. Peyton Royce on RAW

Asuka got the armbar early on and Royce broke out of it. The RAW Women's Champion was sent into the corner for a boot to the face before Royce was sent outside. Back in the ring, Royce dodged a hip attack and dropped Asuka on the outside.

The Empress Of Tomorrow took a suplex and hit a knee strike for a near fall before Royce got a near fall of her own.

Asuka got the double knees to the face before getting yet another near fall. She managed to lock in the Asuka lock off a counter for the win.

Result: Asuka def. Peyton Royce

Rhea Ripley makes her RAW debut

Rhea Ripley made her RAW debut after Asuka's match and challenged her to a title match at WrestleMania. Asuka agreed and said Ripley wasn't ready for her.

Backstage on RAW, we learned that Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin had challenged Drew to a 2-on-1 Handicap match. Drew said that if he can beat those two here, then they should be banned from the ringside at WrestleMania.

Miz TV on RAW

The Miz and John Morrison were out for Miz TV and they made fun of Bad Bunny. Miz said Bunny overstayed his welcome backstage at WWE and started listing his own accomplishments. He then ranted about Bunny being included in the WrestleMania poster.

Miz and Morrison gave us a preview of their diss track aimed at Bad Bunny before challenging him to a match at WrestleMania.

The Miz vs. Jeff Hardy on RAW

Hardy claimed that Miz couldn't win the match by himself and insisted that Morrison be sent backstage, and The A-Lister agreed to it. The Miz got the early advantage on Hardy with a knee strike before sending Hardy into the turnbuckles.

Jeff made his comeback in the match and went for the Twist of Fate and The Miz responded by sending him into the ring post shoulder first. The former WWE Champion then hit him with the Skull Crushing Finale for the win.

Result: The Miz def. Jeff Hardy

After the match, Bad Bunny smashed a guitar on the Miz's back before letting us know that he accepted Miz's challenge.

AJ Styles and Omos were out next and were joined by The New Day as they argued about the RAW Tag Team title match at WrestleMania. Woods and Kofi asked AJ questions about Omos and he got them all wrong as we headed into the match between the former WWE Champions.

AJ Styles vs. Kofi Kingston on RAW

Kingston was dominating the match after the break and AJ tried to get back by sending Kofi outside and going for a dive. But The New Day member countered it. Kingston got a near fall before he was sent outside and into the steel steps.

Woods tried to help Kofi but Omos got in the way. After another break on RAW, Kofi was caught in a headlock but got out and took AJ down with a dropkick. Kofi hit the Boom Drop but Styles countered the Trouble in Paradise.

AJ was about to end the match but Xavier distracted him with his trombone. Omos chased off Woods but the distraction was enough as Kofi hit the SOS and got the win.

Result: Kofi Kingston def. AJ Styles

Backstage on RAW, Sheamus and Riddle ran into each other. The Celtic Warrior seemed to be curious about Riddle's scooter but then attacked him with it.

Drew McIntyre vs. The Hurt Business - 2-on-1 Handicap match on RAW

McIntyre and Benjamin kicked off the match on RAW and Drew dragged Cedric in the ring too for a beating. Alexander got a sneak tag and managed to send the former WWE Champion outside for a big dive before we headed for a break.

When we came back from the commercial on RAW, Drew was taking a beating from the Hurt Business before hitting a Glasgow Kiss on Benjamin.

McIntyre recovered and hit the Futureshock DDT and a Neckbreaker on Benjamin and Alexander before hitting them both with Claymores for the win.

Result: Drew McIntyre def. The Hurt Business who will be banned from ringside at WrestleMania

Backstage, MVP and Lashley were furious before the WWE Champion walked into the locker room and offered a title match to anyone wcould take Drew out before WrestleMania.

Mandy Rose & Dana Brooke vs. Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler on RAW

Baszler was isolated just as the bell was rung and Jax was more focused on Reginald than the match. Brooke got a near fall and Nia tagged in before Reginald stepped in the ring.

Nia was in trouble thanks to an endless stream of distractions before Baszler took out Rose at ringside on RAW. Jax hit the leg drop on Brooke in the ring before picking up the quick win.

Result: Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler def. Mandy Rose & Dana Brooke

After the match, Baszler was not happy about the third member of their group, Reggie.

Backstage on RAW, Alexa Bliss warned Randy Orton to be careful what he wished for.

Elias was out next with Ryker and Shane McMahon who told Elias he had a rematch. They then played a song called "Braun is stupid" before Strowman walked out.

Braun Strowman vs. Elias on RAW

Elias was being manhandled in the ring as the match began and was sent outside before he came back with a knee strike and unloaded on Braun in the corner.

Strowman took out Ryker who tried to interfere and wiped them both out with tackles at ringside.

Back in the ring, Braun hit the Running powerslam and picked up the easy win on RAW.

Result: Braun Strowman def. Elias

After the match, Shane hit Strowman with a crutch but then ran away when Braun shrugged it off. Shane's injury turned out to be fake before Braun challenged him to a match at WrestleMania.

Randy Orton summons The Fiend on RAW

Randy Orton was about to summon The Fiend and he was carrying a black bag. Orton talked about burning the Fiend during their match and that he was back tonight to 'finish the job'.

An unnerving end to RAW

Alexa's music hit and she came out with a music box and played it before the lights went dark and flames shot out of the ring posts as The Fiend appeared behind Randy. The Viper got a jerry can out of the bag and poured what looked to be gasoline on The Fiend who stood still.

Randy hit an RKO before Alexa got in his way. When Orton turned to face The Fiend, he was up and hit the Mandible Claw and transitioned it into the Sister Abigail to take Randy out. Alexa pointed at the WrestleMania sign, hinting at a match between the two at the Show Of Shows this year.

The RAW after Fastlane had the debut of Rhea Ripley who made a WrestleMania challenge on the first night while Drew McIntyre made sure his WrestleMania match will have no interruptions. Shane McMahon got a WrestleMania challenge too while Lashley put out a hit on Drew McIntyre.
