Wes Lee is an American professional wrestler, who as of now is signed with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Currently, Wes Lee works in the developmental brand of the WWE called the NXT. He is a former NXT North American Champion. He is known and widely appreciated for his amazing in-ring wrestling style.

In WWE, he is the co-founder of the Rascalz stable, which he is currently a member of alongside Zachary Wentz, Trey Miguel, and Myron Reed. Before joining WWE, Lee worked with TNA for three years from 2017 to 2020. Before that, he wrestled in the indies for about six years from 2011 to 2017.

In 2017, Wes Lee signed with Impact Wrestling, he made his debut in a six-way match for the X Division Championship. In 2017, he won the GFW Super X Cup by defeating many big names like Idris Abraham, Drago, and Taiji Ishimori. He was also part of promotions like Dragon Gate and Lucha Underground.

He joined the WWE in 2020 and signed a developmental contract with them. He made his debut with his tag team partner Nash Carter in the Men's Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament, and they defeated many top-level tag teams in the NXT to win the tournament. Wes Lee and Nash Carter called themselves the MSK, and they won their first championship when they defeated Grizzled Young Veterans and the Legado Del Fantasma in a triple threat match at NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver for the NXT Tag Team Championship. In 2022, Nash Carter was released by the WWE because of domestic abuse allegations, and due to that the MSK had to relinquish the NXT Tag Team Championships.

After taking some time off, Wes Lee returned to NXT, where he was rebranded as a single superstar. Lee faced Xyon Quinn as his first opponent after his return. His career highlight came when he won the NXT North American Championship in a fatal five-man ladder match at NXT Halloween Havoc in 2022. Later, he became the co-founder of the Rascalz faction.
