Richard Starks is an American professional wrestler. He competes as one of the top faces on WWE’s NXT brand under the moniker Ricky Saints as of April 2025. The New Orleans native is best recognized for his stint with All Elite Wrestling (AEW) as Ricky Starks. He held the AEW Tag Team Championship once with Big Bill for 123 days.

Saints, the winner of the Men's Owen Hart Cup (2023) and the Dynamite Diamond Battle Royale (2022), also holds the record as the longest-reigning FTW Champion in AEW history, with a reign of 378 days.
