Gunther, also known by his real-life name, Walter Hahn, is a professional wrestler from Austria. The Ring General performs on the WWE RAW brand as the reigning World Heavyweight Champion as of March 2025. In WWE, he holds the record for the longest NXT UK Championship (870 days) and Intercontinental Championship (666 days) reigns in history. Besides, he has also won the King of the Ring tournament in 2024 and the World Heavyweight Championship.

Gunther made his professional wrestling debut in 2005 in the Austrian independent pro wrestling scene. He competed in Germany at Westside Xtreme Wrestling in 2007 and wrestled for promotions such as Progress Wrestling, Evolve, Defiant Wrestling, and Pro Wrestling Guerrilla before joining WWE in 2019.
