Fans react to WWE Monday Night Raw (18 February 2019)

This week of WWE Monday Night Raw was live from the Cajundome in Lafayette, LA. Triple H came out to kick off the show.

Triple H talked about last night's WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view. He made one of two announcements. Firstly, six members of DX, including Chyna, would be inducted into the Hall of Fame. Secondly, he announced the debut of Aleister Black, Ricochet, Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa on RAW. Triple H then announced a tables match between Baron Corbin and Braun Strowman.

Next, on Raw, Braun Strowman faced Baron Corbin in a tables match. After some hard and forth action, Braun Strowman won the match by sending Corbin through the table.

Paul Heyman came out next as Braun Strowman was making his exit and the latter held the former by his suit before letting him go. Heyman then entered the ring and said that he couldn't say he was surprised by Strowman's actions. He said that everyone was jealous of his client - the most dominant champion in WWE and MMA history. He then introduced a video package of Brock Lesnar. Finn Balor interrupted him before Heyman left the ring.

Balor talked about winning the Intercontinental Championship at Elimination Chamber pay-per-view. Lio Rush came out to distract Balor and Bobby Lashley attacked him from behind. The beatdown began and Balor was saved by the debuting Ricochet. Ricochet and Balor then teamed up to face Rush and Lashley and defeated them comfortably.

Backstage on Raw, Drew McIntyre interrupted Triple H and said that he wants to main event WrestleMania. He got interrupted by Dean Ambrose who said he was free and slapped Mclntyre before leaving. Lucha House Party then came out to face the team of Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins and beat them in a quick match.

Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa came out next to face the Raw Tag Team Champions, The Revival in a non-title match. After some amazing action, Ciampa pinned Scott Dawson to get the victory for his team.

Sasha Banks and Bayley came out to celebrate their Tag Team title victory and the crowd chanted, 'You deserve it!' They both agreed to defend the titles against anyone. They added that the Boss N Hug Connection was the strongest bond before Nia Jax and Tamina interfered.

Nia said that Sasha always loses her titles on her first defence. Nia and Tamina went after the champs but the babyfaces fought them off. Jax and Tamina then retreated allowing the champs to celebrate again.

Ambrose came out next to face McIntyre in a singles match. The Scottish Psychopath beat the Lunatic Fringe comfortably after hitting two Claymore Kicks. After that Ambrose interrupted Seth Rollins backstage and asked why wasn't he out there. Rollins, bewildered, asks if he's completely lost his mind. Ambrose shrugs and walks away.

Elias came out next to sing a song for himself but Aleister Black interrupted him to face him. Black defeated Elias comfortably by hitting the Black Mass.

In the main event of this week's Monday Night Raw, Rowdy Ronda Rousey defended her Raw Women's Championship against Ruby Riott. After some extraordinary action, Rousey beat Riott to retain her title.
