Taylor Fritz is a professional te­nnis player from the United States who became the first American to be in the top 5 of the ATP rankings since Andy Roddick. Notably, Fritz, who was the world number one as a junior, has won eight ATP titles as of March 2025, including the 2022 Indian Wells title. Fritz achieved a career-high singles ranking of No. 4 (current ranking) in November 2024.

Some of Fritz's memorable wins include defeating Rafael Nadal at the 2022 Indian Wells final and at the 2022 Nitto ATP Finals. At the 2024 Australian Open, he defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas to reach his first Australian Open quarterfinal. At the 2025 Miami Open, Fritz secured a spot in the semifinals but lost to the eventual champion, Jakub Mensik. In Grand Slams, he reached the final of the 2024 US Open, as well as the quarterfinals of the 2024 Australian Open and the 2022 Wimbledon Championships.

Taylor Fritz has a son named Jordan Fritz with his ex-wife, Raquel Pedraza. Jordan Fritz is nine years old as of March 2025. In June 2016, Fritz proposed to Raquel Pedraza in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. According to Interview Magazine, the couple got married in July 2016.

At the time, Fritz was 18, and Raquel Pedraza was a year younger. Their marriage ended in December 2019, when Jordan was two years old.
