Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields is a proper dual-threat option on offense, and on Sunday against the Dolphins at Soldier Field, he ran all over Miami.Such was Field's rushing total that he set an NFL record for the most rushing yards for a quarterback in a regular-season game. The quarterback's total of 178 rushing yards tops the NFL charts for most in a game, overtaking the 173 by Michael Vick back in 2022.While the Bears would go on to lose to the Dolphins in a high-scoring contest, 35-32, it was Fields' running ability that stole the show. He was efficient passing it too, completing 17 of his 28 passes for 123 yards and three touchdowns. But it was his rushing total of 178 yards that stole the show. This gives us an opportunity to think about quarterbacks with strong performances when it comes to rushing, over the years. So, here are the top five all-time rushing games by quarterbacks in the NFL.# 5 - Lamar Jackson - 152 yards - 2019Cleveland Browns v Baltimore RavensLamar Jackson had to be on the list, didn't he?
