Justin Rose is an English professional golfer who competes on the PGA Tour, as of May 2025. He turned professional in 1998, first joining the European Tour in 1999 and then the PGA Tour in 2004. His first professional win came at the 2002 Dunhill Championship on the European Tour, which was also co-sanctioned by the Sunshine Tour. His first PGA win came in 2010 at the Memorial Tournament, defeating Rickie Fowler.

Rose was ranked first in the Official World Golf Rankings (OWGR) in September 2018 and went on to win the FedEx Cup the same season. As of May 2025, Rose has 25 professional wins and a world ranking of 18, as per OWGR. His most notable wins include two WGC titles in 2012 and 2017 as well as the 2013 US Open. Rose received the Member of the Order of the British Empire in 2017 and the Payne Stewart Award in 2021.

Justin Rose has not won the Open Championship, as of May 2025. However, similar to the Masters, he has two runner-up finishes in 2018 and 2024. He tied with Kevin Kisner, Rory McIlroy, and Xander Schauffele, losing to Francesco Molinari by two strokes in 2018. In 2024, Schauffele defeated him and Billy Horschel by two strokes.
