Coach Prime’s youngest son, Shedeur Sanders, played in the Cleveland Browns' last preseason game on Saturday. After a successful showing in the first game against the Carolina Panthers, Shedeur struggled against the LA Rams. The former Colorado Buffaloes quarterback was sacked five times on 11 dropbacks and completed just three passes for 14 yards.Despite that, he remained optimistic, summarizing his preseason experience on Instagram. “Thanks everyone for the 🧡 and support," he wrote. "There’s a lot to learn from this preseason, but I’m really thankful for the opportunity to be out there. Day by day, rep by rep, I’ll keep learning and getting better.” View this post on Instagram Instagram PostDeion Sanders’ oldest son, Deion Sanders Jr., who is Shedeur’s step-brother, dropped a two-word comment:“Young king.”Image Credit: @shedeursanders/InstagramSkip Bayless advises Shedeur Sanders to leave the Cleveland BrownsSaturday's performance did not boost Shedeur's case to make the Browns' 53-man roster. While Sanders is eager to fight for his place on the team, former ESPN analyst Skip Bayless thinks the quarterback should leave Cleveland.“I’m outraged and I’m sickened and I’m saddened by how Shedeur Sanders continues to be treated in the National Football League by those sorry ass Browns and sorry ass Kevin Stefanski,” he said on X.As per Bayless, Shedeur was not given a fair chance to show off his talents. With Joe Flacco being named the starting QB and Dillon Gabriel serving as the backup, Sanders might not get much playing time during the season.
