How to unlock the Highly Decorated animated camo in Black Ops 6 and Warzone

The Highly Decorated animated camo has been introduced as the first free camo in Black Ops 6 and Warzone that you can unlock through the Blaze of Glory event. The long-awaited return of free camo rewards began through this event on May 6, 2025, at 10 am PT, and these bonuses will be available until May 15, 2025.

During Blaze of Glory, players can earn several rewards by completing specific objectives tied to each unlock. This article, however, focuses on the Highly Decorated animated camo and explains how to unlock it for free in both Black Ops 6 and Warzone.

How to get the Highly Decorated animated camo for free in Warzone and Black Ops 6

The Highly Decorated animated camo is a mastery reward, meaning you must unlock all the other event bonuses to earn it. The Blaze of Glory event offers 11 rewards, including this camo. To unlock the other 10 bonuses, you’ll need at least 255 Blaze Bucks. You can get this event-specific currency by playing any major mode of your choice: Black Ops 6 Multiplayer, Zombies, or Warzone.

In the BO6 Multiplayer and Zombies modes, Blaze Bucks drop randomly from defeated enemies. In Warzone, this specific currency isn’t earned through eliminations. Instead, you’ll need to open supply caches to get them.

Getting 225 Blaze Bucks through these modes is a straightforward requirement and can be completed quickly. It doesn't involve any complex objectives; just gather enough of the event currency and redeem all the rewards through the event tab.

Additionally, if you own the BlackCell Battle Pass, you’ll unlock the exclusive Highly Decorated BlackCell animated camo skin. Once you get access to the standard, free-for-all mastery reward version, the BlackCell variant will be granted automatically to you if you have the premium Battle Pass.

Both camos feature stunning animated designs. The standard version, available to all players, has a purple theme, while the BlackCell variant has a golden finish.
