BGMS Season 3 Opening Week: Teams, groups, schedule, and livestream

Nodwin Gaming has revealed the groups and schedule for the first stage of the BGMS Season 3. The tournament is set to be played in four different stages. The initial phase, called Opening Week, will be hosted from July 19 to 21, 2024. Season 3 of the BGMI Masters will run until August 11, 2024, and will be played offline in Delhi NCR.

A total of 24 teams will take part in its Opening Week. The top 18, determined by the total points table, will be selected for the League Week. Two of the bottom six teams from the Opening Week will be chosen for this stage. The remaining four squads will be eliminated from the prestigious event.

24 teams have been seeded into six groups for the Opening Week and will play four matches each in that stage. 20 of these squads have directly been invited, while the other four have made it to the BGMS Season 3 through the qualifiers.

Schedule for Opening Week

Starting on July 19, 2024, each day of the first stage will feature two matches on two maps: Erangel and Miramar. The first encounter will be played on the former map at 7:15 pm IST. The second battle will be hosted by Miramar at 8:00 pm IST.

Livestream

The BGMS Season 3 will be broadcast live in three languages: Hindi, English, and Tamil. Fans can watch it live on television on the Star Sports 2 and Star Sports First channels from 7 pm onwards. The event will also be livestreamed on Star Sports and Nodwin Gaming's YouTube channels at the same time.

The tournament features a number of top-tier BGMI teams, including fan favorites like Soul, XSpark, GodLike, and others. These four squads, who have made it to the BGMS Season 3 through the qualifiers, will aim to continue presenting phenomenal performances.

Many renowned clubs have added new players to their squads prior to the BGMS Season 3. Carnival Gaming has included Spower, who was previously part of Team Soul. GodLike has added Punk, while Entity has signed Aquanox and Raiden. All teams will try their hardest to claim the top spot at the BGMI Masters Season 3.
