Many degrees qualify to be selected as the general manager, however, it is recommended to have a bachelor's degree in sport management that covers ethical, social, and legal aspects of the game and good knowledge of the sport. Bobby Webster is the youngest general manager at the age of 32. He is the general manager of the Toronto Raptors. Nancy Leonard became the first and only female general manager in NBA history.
