Anthony Davis has always been a coherent player at the free-throw line all through his NBA career. In his twelve long seasons, he has made 4,117 free throws. His best season was during the 2019-2020 NBA season where he recorded a career-high throw percentage of 84.6% from the line. This stands out so far in his career for the fact that it was very precise and consistent under pressure.
Aside from his free-throw shooting, Davis has averaged about 79.5% from the line in his career. He has been fouled a lot during his career and actually turned it into points off of those opportunities. Capitalizing on those opportunities has been a huge part of his offense strategy and a reason why he is recognized as one of the premier big men in the league.
